something similar to this.. but not exactly the same (I've searched the forum.... couldn't find anything)
A new build is available, please exit and open the program running. (in the chat log) I done that... and nothing different.. what is this that happens? |

that means theres a new version of GW ready and it usaully consists of Bug fixes and other little things that most of the time you can't notice what they actully changed cuz it is just a bug fix but sometimes they change skills and other things too

Remember logging out is not enough. You have to actually close the Guild Wars application and restart it. If you logout only to the screen where you enter your username and password, you will get the messages still when you come back in, as you have not loaded the new build.

No, you actually have to quit and restart GW to get the update.

Usually the DL is them "predownloading" future changes or content. At least thats my understanding.
